Supreme Agro Exports (Pvt) Ltd (Reg. No. PV00290317), Mavi-ela Road, Alahitiyawa, Horombawa, Narammala, Sri Lanka ("we", "us"). We manufacture and export coconut-based products and operate the website supremeagrolk.com.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, country, product interest, quantity and message. Our web server also records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
3. How we use it
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and samples, manage orders and export documentation, and keep our website secure. We send marketing only where you have agreed to receive it, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who act on our instructions (hosting, email, freight and payment partners) and with authorities where the law requires.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or for the life of a customer relationship plus the period required for accounting and export records. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
